Madagascar election: One-third of voters 'denied' right to vote

Vote counting has began in Madagascar after the presidential election.

The African island country had 36 applicants to choose between – 3 of them former presidents.

However there are considerations concerning the low turnout – with many of us pronouncing they were not in a position to solid their poll.
